Improved Filtering for Expired and Expiring Credentials

What's new?

Credentialing users can now filter credentials by Expired and Expiring status directly within the Credentials tab on entity records.

Why does it matter?

Previously, filtering on credential status values did not include the 'Expiring' and/or 'Expired' statuses as these statuses are determined when a credential is either set to expire, or has passed the credential expiration date. This update adds visibility into these statuses, making it easier to identify and manage credentials that require attention.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers who use Credentialing. To use it, open the Credentials tab on a record and apply filters on the status column for Expiring and/or Expired status.
